Social Rehabilitation Needs Assessments determine a client’s injury-related support or rehabilitation needs. It may include trialing appropriate equipment and providing recommendations to ACC/other funder that will contribute towards improved functional outcomes. A physiotherapist, occupational therapist, nurse, speech language therapist, dietitian or social worker may be involved in this process.
